Standard Services include:
a. Review and analyze your financial circumstances.
b. Advise you of your options, including but not limited to bankruptcy options.
c. Help you gather and provide the information needed to properly file for bankruptcy.
d. Advise you of the appropriate requirements in connection with the filing of a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, including your duties connected with such filing.
e. Prepare and file the necessary documents for a Chapter 7, or a Chapter 13 bankruptcy filing.
f. Appear with you at the first creditors meeting.
Additional Services may include:
a. Obtaining information that client generally is to provide such as: tax returns, credit reports, appraisals of real and/or personal property, titles to real and/or personal property.
b. Amendments - if due to client. We will cover if our mistake.
c. Motions for Relief From Automatic Stay.
d. Motions to Void Lien.
e. Preparing reaffirmation agreements, negotiating the terms of reaffirmation agreements proposed by creditors, motions to redeem personal property, and negotiating reaffirmation agreements when Client's income is not sufficient to rebut the presumption of undue hardship and special circumstances do not warrant the signing of a reaffirmation agreement.
f. Conversions.
g. Motions to Revoke a Discharge.
h. Removal of a pending action in another court.
i. Motions to Dismiss clients' bankruptcy case filed by the Trustee, U.S. Trustee, or any creditor.
j. Any adversary proceeding filed by the Trustee, U.S. Trustee, or any other party on any basis, including, without limitations, proceedings to determine dischargeability of debts.
k. Motions to impose or extend the bankruptcy stay.
l. Audits by the U.S. Trustee.
m. Appeals.
